With extensive experience in psychiatric care, Dr. Nallapula is known for a methodical yet empathetic approach that classifies accuracy, trust, and personalized care.Trained in modern psychiatric practices and committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Nallapula integrates current medical research with careful listening and clinical judgment.

Theresa Gaser, MSSA, LCSW, LISWS
Mental Health Professional
Theresa Gaser, MSSA, LCSW, LISWS is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive experience in serving individuals, couples, children, and families across various clinical and school settings. She is a certified Trauma Specialist and a trained IBCT (Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy) therapist, bringing a specialized focus to her practice. Theresa has also been certified by the National Institute for Trauma and Loss in Children, further underscoring her expertise in addressing trauma-related issues.
In addition to her clinical work, Mrs. Gaser is an esteemed educator and professional trainer, specializing in areas such as suicide prevention, trauma, sexual trauma, domestic violence, and ethics in high-risk clinical situations. Theresa is licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida. She remains committed to advancing the field of mental health through her practice, training, and advocacy.

Office Manager
Sheli Avila serves as the Office Manager of our private psychiatric practice, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for both patients and providers. She manages scheduling, insurance coordination, and office workflow with professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to patient confidentiality standards.
